By joining the Smith & Sheth Whānau Wine Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You are 18 years or older
• You authorise Smith & Sheth to charge your credit card securely stored by Bloom Commerce for your wine club membership.
• No refunds will be made once a shipment is processed. Please ensure any wine selection changes, address updates, shipment skips, holds or cancellations are made at lease 3 days prior to the next shipment.
• Membership cancellation must be made in writing at lease 3 days prior to the upcoming shipment. Please email wineclub@smithandsheth.com to cancel your membership.
• Wine is dispatched within 7 days of payment, and a tracking email will be sent. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to reliance on third-party couriers.
