Lieux-Dits, meaning ‘named place’ in French, celebrates a collection of five small parcel, single vineyard wines from our own Omahu vineyard in the Gimblett Gravels, alongside the Fratelli Vineyard in Bridge Pa and the Two Terraces Vineyard in Mangatahi.
These wines represent not only the incredible spectrum of fine wine that can be made in Hawke’s Bay but also the small parcels of grapes growing within the exceptional vineyards that we have named and celebrated on the label. Each parcel has not only a distinctive site, but often distinctive vines due to selection and/or vine age, and are farmed meticulously.
They honour the people, the place and the season.
