From the cool, elevated Two Terraces Vineyard in Mangatahi, expertly farmed by Linda and Ian Quinn, beautifully ripe Syrah and Viognier grapes were hand-harvested in the cool of the morning, gently pressed, then fermented in stainless steel and seasoned oak barrels.

Beautiful almost perfect rich salmon colour.
Lovely aromas of strawberry, cream and meringue, fresh peaches and a hint of flowers and spice.

Fresh, inviting entry, open array of strawberries, mandarin and orange zest with a lovely creamy texture and soft but balanced acidity and a long rice paper texture to finish. Absolutely delicious over the next two summers, wherever you are.
