A brilliant natural pale salmon colour. Lovely delicate flavours of fresh berries, meadow herbs, apricot and just a hint of cinnamon with complexity and breadth on the palate coming from the lees contact. Finishes with dry talcum powder tannins. A serious Rosé.

The 2021 Rosé of Syrah CRU has serious intent: barrel aged, dry, full-bodied and structured, this is no swimming pool pink.
